The Oneness Blessing is a transmission of Divine Energy that is designed to bring about the state of Oneness in the recipient. It is also known as Deeksha or Oneness Deeksha.
The grace of this energy quiets the mind and opens the heart, awakening us to our true nature of Oneness. The inner conflicts of the mind and emotions cease, giving rise to a natural clarity of perception, accompanied by inner joy, boundless love and inner simplicity.
The Oneness Blessing interacts with and supports each person in a manner that is particular to their needs. So while there are general similarities as people experience the shift into Oneness, each person will have their unique experience and timing each time they receive the blessing.
The Blessing provides a direct, personal and inner experience. It deepens our personal and intimate sense of the Divine, especially awakening us to how it resides within us, yet it is independent of any religion or concept; there is no accompanying belief system, dogma or ritual.
Along with a quieting of the mind, deeksha helps to release emotional disturbances and trauma, and facilitate emotional and physical healing. Over time, the state of Oneness and well-being becomes integrated and stabilized in our body and being.
Deeksha is commonly transmitted by an initiated Blessing giver placing their hands on the crown of the receiver's head for just a few minutes. It can also be readily transferred without touch, through intention, whether in person or over distances, including over the phone. It is also beautifully conveyed through Oneness-filled music and reading materials. It is safe and effective for children and pets, as well.
It is beneficial to receive the Blessing on an ongoing basis, and your own sense of how much to receive it is a good guide. Deeksha can be a great healer in times of transition and emotional and physical stress. Deeksha Blessings are available in a group setting, as well as one-on-one in person or over the phone.
